Admin: AVS stands for Average Vehicle Cost. That is the price of the vehicle before it got damaged.

Admin: Hi Hamilton. You can defenetely buy at least 5-6 vehicles of these years for the amount that you have. Usually vehicles at auctions sell for around 30%-50% of the average market value. Anyway sometimes there are really nice vehicles at very low prices as this is the auction and everything depends on your luck.
