I am interested in this lot 10436022 Black Corvette. The description says CA DMV fees due. How much are they, and do they apply to cars that are going to be exported?.
This lot is in California I have a shipping agent who will pick it up and store while I get an Import Approval, is this possible.

CA DMV charges come from previous owner so you have to pay but it is not a lot just around 0-0.
If you win the auction your shipper can pick it up as soon as the vehicle is paid for. But we work with the shipping company that has the most competetive rates on the market.

If I buy a car, say in Texas can I have the car transported to a shipping company in Los Angeles. The reason being I need 6-8 weeks to get a import permit before it can arrive in Sydney Australia. The shipper in LA will hold it for me till I get the permit.
